yeah these past few months have really been difficult for me too. but, same here, things seem to finally be on an upswing. i'm really glad you managed to keep your job too since that's like, a huge scare. and as much as i gripe about godot, it's more the vocal side of it's community i dislike. the engine itself is fine, if a fair bit undercooked still. like they ARE still working on it and each update is pretty significant, so i think it's just a matter of time for it to become fairly powerful. glad things are going better for you now, and i love those renders. seems like you've found a really cool style already for this stuff.
amazing to see you creating again, after frequently seeing your updates I was fine with you sailing off into whatever you do in life but this is a great outcome
also, art is one of those things where you can go outside and do it, if you have a laptop/tablet/piece of paper. drawing from nature is very pog, AND you can draw the ducks you see :)
